Position: Principal Investigator

Far Western is seeking to expand its full-time staff of Principal Investigators (Ph.D., or M.A. with extensive experience). We are looking for archaeologists to direct large-scale projects and play a key role in collaborative scholarship. Far Western is one of the largest archaeological firms in the western United States, and has a track record of innovative scholarship within a cultural resource management context. Principal Investigators are strongly encouraged to conduct independent research, and receive company support to present professional papers and publish scholarly articles. Salary and benefits are competitive and based on experience.
